EhBrahChEeckDisOut has been going to as many food locations on the Big Island before the EhBrahCheckDisOut headquarters relocates to the mothership Oahu!
Anyways here's a place you won't find on the road side and you have to happen drive into Honokohau Harbor if your visiting Kailua-Kona it is Bite Me Fish Market.
Located as you enter Honokohau Harbor approach the fork and turn right and head towards the gas station and make that left afterwards approaching the boat ramp and you see the red sign and bamboo fencing. I happen to find the place because every now and then I'll fill gas up at that location.
Back to food, well they have indoor and outdoor dining area, the indoor part as you enter has a fresh fish market from Ahi, Ono, Marlin, Mahimahi, pretty cool because its all off the boat and fish from Hawaiian waters.
It was a nice day in Kailua-Kona and we chose to sit outside. A nice view of the dock and harbor.
Bite Me Fish Market has a full outdoor bar as well.
Poke Bowl- A mix of seared Ahi and Ahi Poke over a bed of rice.
Fish Quesadillas
Both were fantastic and click here for the full menu. They offer breakfast as well from 6am to 11am. The Bite Me Benedict and the Fisherman Scramble on the menu sounded solid and solid lineup for pupu, I'll have to try next visit.
Open 6am to 9pm, so EhBrahCheckDisOut!!
