My latest food excursion is dinner at Just Tacos and I was pretty impressed with what they did to their newest restaurant located on the Kohala Coast, which this place was previously a Thai Food Restaurant. And when you're dining Mexican you gotta have a Margarita, Li Hing Margarita in a 16 oz or 60 oz size. For apps they have an extensive selection to choose from and we settled for the shredded beef tacquitos & a generous portion of calamari.
Was looking forward to their Fresh catch of the day and wanted to try their Drunken Fish, that's tequila poured over the fresh catch between Ahi, butterfish, opakapaka or blue Marlin with Spanish rice & refried beans. Bummed that they didn't have a fresh catch, I settled for the shredded chicken mole'. Yep if you haven't tried it, chicken that's drenched in chocolate sauce which was really good!
