How about this folks, if you moved away from the islands to the City of Angels or longtime Southern Cali resident that never visited the Hawaiian Islands and dying to get a preview of Hawaii Regional Cuisine this food on wheels will bring it to you. Hawaii favorites like Poke (Prepared Raw Fish) & Kalua Pig (Hawaiian Shredded Pork) to name a few and Chef Sam's favorites will be on board this food truck. With Hawaii Cuisine a lot of local grown produce will be used & the beef used are hormone free & grass fed which is fantastic.
What we island folks enjoy naturally, I'm sure you'll get that opportunity even away from the Hawaiian Islands.
The Pineapple Express Food Truck will roam throughout the streets of LA and scheduled to serve Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Late Nite Eats.
